Oct 1, 2025
Tax season is behind us - hopefully, you all managed to file in time!
As we head into the final quarter of the year, we’ve been busy rolling out a ton of new features based on your feedback. Here are some of the biggest highlights from September:
Bank Reconciliation – Now Smarter & with More Banks
Reconciling your accounts just got easier. Our Bank Reconciliation feature now supports Wio, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Emirates NBD, and Mashreq - with some offering direct integrations for even faster syncing.
To save you even more time, we’ve added:
Date & description filters to quickly find the transactions you need.
Bulk categorization so you can handle repeating expenses (like monthly bank subscriptions) in just a few clicks.
👉 Less manual work, more accuracy, and a smoother workflow.

Granular & Custom Roles
Managing employees or external partners in Naqood used to mean giving broad access. Now, you’re in control with granular, custom roles:
Give an employee invoice-only access.
Invite your accountant with dedicated accounting permissions.
👉 This ensures the right people have the right access -improving both security and collaboration.

Simple Financial Statements for Free Zones
Some UAE free zones (like IFZA) now require a Simple Financial Statement. Instead of preparing this manually, you can now generate and export it directly from Naqood.
Find it under: Settings → Financial Statements.
👉 Stay compliant without the extra work.

Company Stamps on Invoices
Need your invoices to look more professional? You can now upload and apply your company stamp directly inside Naqood.
Just head to: Sales → Invoices → Add Stamp.
👉 Deliver invoices that are both compliant and polished with your brand’s identity.

We’re excited to close out Q4 strong and continue building the tools you need to make accounting easier.
As always, your feedback drives our updates - so keep it coming!
Happy Q4, and let’s finish the year strong.
