Naqood April 2026 Updates – Bank Reconciliation Just Got Easier

April has been another exciting month at Naqood, with major improvements to Bank Reconciliation, a refreshed website, and an important milestone for the company.

Here’s what’s new this month.

PDF Bank Statements in Bank Reconciliation

You can now upload PDF bank statements directly into Naqood, and we’ll automatically read and convert them into Bank Reconciliation transactions.

This has been a major challenge for many businesses, since several banks either:

• Do not offer statements in Excel or CSV format
• Or provide incomplete exports, like RAK Bank not including the currency in Excel statements

We’ve now solved this by allowing you to simply drag and drop your PDF statement directly into Bank Reconciliation.

Improved Bank Reconciliation Warnings

We’ve also continued improving Bank Reconciliation with clearer warnings and validations.

Naqood will now warn you more clearly if you’re about to book the same transaction twice, helping reduce mistakes and improve bookkeeping accuracy.

Naqood.ae Has Been Refreshed

We’ve given Naqood.ae a major overhaul with improvements across the site.
