⚡ Bank Reconciliation Rules

Bank Reconciliation just got smarter. You can now create rules that automatically categorize and post recurring transactions such as:

• Bank fees
• Du or E& charges
• Meta or Google Ads
• Payment processor fees

Set up a rule once and let Naqood handle the repetitive work for you.

🧾 Payment Receipts & Confirmations

One of our most-requested features is now live. You can generate receipts and payment confirmations directly from invoices and purchases, making it easier to document and share proof of payment with customers, suppliers, and auditors.

🎨 Redesigned Tables

We’ve refreshed tables across Naqood with a cleaner design and improved usability. The Invoice and Purchase “Show More” sections have had a complete overhaul, making information easier to navigate and sort. The result is a faster, more intuitive experience when managing your transactions.

📧 Monthly Digest Emails

Many of you received your first monthly business update last Friday. Going forward, you’ll get a recurring digest with key insights about your business delivered straight to your inbox. This is just the beginning, and we’ll keep improving these emails to make them even more valuable.

🏦 Wio Salary File Generation

For businesses using Wio for payroll, we’ve added support for generating salary files in the Wio format. You can now create your WPS salary file directly in Naqood and upload it to Wio with no manual adjustments.
