September has been a productive month at Naqood, with updates that help you turn forwarded emails and uploads into draft purchases, follow up on invoices, and act on bank reconciliation suggestions with more confidence.

We added automatic draft purchases from documents you forward or upload, added invoice payment notices, and polished how reconciliation suggestions read in the app, so you spend less time chasing paperwork and more time running your business.

Here’s what’s new this month.

📥 Auto draft purchases from documents

When you forward a purchase email or upload a document to Naqood, we can create a draft purchase for you to review and approve. Check the details, make any edits you need, then approve when you are ready to record the purchase.

🧾 Invoice payment notices

Send invoice payment notices directly from an invoice, by email with a PDF attached, so customers get a clear reminder about amounts due or overdue. It is a simple way to follow up without copying details into a separate email tool.

💼 Contacts and payroll quality of life

Bulk create contacts when you are onboarding a list of customers or suppliers, instead of adding them one by one.

On payroll, you can execute a pay run immediately when you are ready to pay, without extra steps that slow down payday.

⚡ Bank reconciliation suggestion polish

We refined the language around AI suggestions in bank reconciliation so the next step is obvious: Apply or Continue when you are acting on a suggestion, and Match reserved for true pairings between a bank statement line and a ledger entry.

Action-style suggestions, such as creating a purchase from a transaction, read more clearly as general suggestions with a Continue path, including smoother steps when a purchase is involved.
