How to invite a user or your accountant to EMARATAX

Step 1 - Login to EmaraTax

First go to EmaraTax.

Login with UAE PASS or e-mail credentials.

Step 2 – Select the company

Click on the View button.

Step 3 – User Authorization

Click on the User Authorization on the left side bar.

Step 4 – Add User

Click on the Add User on the top right corner.

Step 5 – Add User Authorization

Select User Type

Portal User

• Fill in the users registered email address

Tax Agency

• Fill in the Tax Agency’s TAN

Juridical Person

• Fill in the Juridical Person’s J-TAAN/Trade License Number

Select Authorization

Display Access

• View only

Write Access

• Filing access
